Unique Series 2a that we rebuilt in 2018 with tuned 3.5 V8 fuel injection engine from a Range Rover along with automatic gearbox with viscous transfer gearbox that were reconditioned, galvanised chassis with coil spring axles fully reconditioned and gives the benefit of disc brakes all round and power steering, limited slip differential in the rear axle, Bronze Green respray and new canvas with side windows, Defender front seats + cubby box, rear bench seats, uprated Clayton round heater, Garmin sat-nav, reverse parking sensors, LED lights, Heavy Duty steel wheels with as new Avon 235/85/16 tyres, chassis also undersealed for added protection, tow bar with single electrics, HPi clear, odometer shows 36,453 miles and has only done just over 2,000 miles since being rebuilt, MOT and Tax exempt, this looks like a Series 2a but drives like a V8 90, the engine is incredibly smooth having been lightened and balanced it revs up super fast compared to standard V8 and sounds superb, very easy to drive with smooth automatic gearbox, light steering and powerful brakes, all done to owners specification and reluctantly offered for sale due to health reasons
